Refunds

We will assess refund eligibility on a case by case basis. We may offer a refund for but no limited to:

  • Damaged product on arrival
  • Expired product on arrival
  • The product didn’t arrive 

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Not liking the product 
  • Feeling like the product did not meet your expectations

If you would like to request a refund, please contact us. Please be prepared with your order number and proof of why your refund should be accepted (example: photo of damaged product). 

Returns

We do not offer any returns, all sales are final. If you would like to request a refund instead, please contact us
